Conference Registration Guide

There are three options in this field.

To register for the first time, please enter your e-mail address and click on "Create account" button at the bottom of the page selecting "I'm a new user and want to create an account".

If you have already registered, please enter your registered e-mail address and password in the top "Sign me in" selection, then click on the "Sign in" button.

If you have already registered but forgotten your password, please enter your registered e-mail address in the second line selecting"I forgot my password" and click "Reset password" button.

Step 3:
An email will be sent to your email address entitled "Account information". Your password is in this email.

Step 4:

Log in to the system by clicking on the link in the mail. On the profile page, enter your name, surname, your organization and country information.

You can change the password assigned by the system by clicking the "Change password" button.

Leave the "Email Notification" option as default to receive e-mail notification from the system.

Click the "Save changes" button to save the information.

Step 5:

Click the "New submission" button. On the screen that appears:

Enter the title of your work, the authors' information and the abstract. Then select areas where your work is relevant (you can make multiple selections). Read the abstract guideline for detailed information.

Click on the "select file" button in the "submission" section to upload the pdf file and the MS Word file. Read the full paper guideline for further information.

Click on the "Select file" button in the "Paymet" section to load the scanned image or photo of the bank receipt. Please click on payment for detailed information on payment transactions. All transactions must be completed before the deadline. Click on the dates for detailed information.

Click on the "save and submit" button to complete the process and exit. By the deadlines, you can save your drafts for further processing, cancel them, or withdraw them after registration. Please check the buttons at the bottom of the page.

ICGCIM 2020 organization committee welcome online submission written in Turkish or English that are closely related to the research fields specified int the topics.

Please take note that only online submissions will be accepted and all abstracts sent by email, fax or post will not be considered. Please click on the registration for further information.

Abstract should not exceed 300 words and it must clearly indicate the problem, objectives, research methods, results and conclusions. Abstracts should not include graphics and tables.

Authors are responsible for any error in spelling, grammar or data in their abstracts.

Corresponding author is responsible for uploading the abstracts to the online system.

The offical registration of the author(s) takes place when the abstract is uploaded to the system. There is no seperate registration form.

If the abstract is written by more than one author, only the corresponding author is required to register. The information of other authors will be given by the corresponding author.

Before submitting your full text paper, select a journal which confront your paper’s scope of interest. Please click on the publication for more information about the journals.

Convert your ms.word document to pdf format. Both files should be named with the surname of the Author(s) and the paper ID assigned. You should upload both the ms.word and pdf files of your full text paper.

Example file name: 001_Coskun_Saygili_Uzun.docx

In order to upload the files, please click on.
To access your account you have already created, enter your email address and your password and click on the "sign in" button.

In the "Submission" section, click on the "Select file" button to load the pdf and ms word files.

Click on the "Save and resubmit" button in the upper right corner to end your transaction.

Check your e-mail address to see the confirmation mail.

Academics: $100

Graduate Student: $50



All papers submitted to ICGCIM-2021 will be reviewed by the conference scientific committee. Abstracts of accepted papers are published in the ISBN conference book.

The language of the conference is Turkish and English.

In order for the submitted papers to be published in any of the following journals, the papers have to pass the referee process successfully. Successful articles will be published in one of the following journals.
